We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, business name, and the content you create (proposals, invoices, client data). We also collect usage data such as pages visited and features used.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to provide and improve the Service, send transactional emails (proposal and invoice delivery), process payments, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure. Payment information is handled by Paddle and is never stored on our servers.
4. Emails
We send emails on your behalf when you use the proposal and invoice delivery features. These are sent via Resend using your verified domain. We do not use your client email addresses for any marketing purposes.
5. Cookies
We use cookies only for authentication sessions. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
6. Third-Party Services
Picklient uses the following third-party services: Supabase (database & auth), Resend (email delivery), Paddle (payments), and Anthropic (AI proposal generation). Each has its own privacy policy.
7. Data Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@picklient.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
